Candidates must satisfy the prescribed age conditions as on 01 July 2026.

Age relaxation for eligible reserved categories will be applicable according to Government of Uttarakhand / UKPSC rules and the conditions mentioned in the official advertisement.

The vacancies are under the Animal Husbandry Department, Government of Uttarakhand.

The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased by the Commission according to the requirements of the department and applicable rules.

Candidates applying for the Veterinary Officer post must possess the prescribed professional veterinary qualification.

The Veterinary Officer Selection Examination is an objective-type written examination.

The examination consists of three papers covering the subjects and syllabus prescribed by UKPSC.

The examination date has not been announced in the recruitment notification and will be communicated separately by UKPSC.

The written examination is proposed to be conducted at examination centres in Haridwar and Haldwani.
