RSSB Junior Engineer Recruitment 2026: Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB), Jaipur has released Advertisement No. 10/2026 for Joint Direct Recruitment of Junior Engineer (JEN) in various departments of the Government of Rajasthan.
A total of 874 Junior Engineer vacancies have been announced under the Public Works Department (PWD), Water Resources Department (WRD) and Public Health Engineering Department (PHED).
Eligible candidates having the prescribed Engineering Degree or Diploma in the relevant discipline can submit the online application through the Rajasthan SSO portal.
The online application process starts from 16 August 2026 and the last date to apply is 14 September 2026 up to 11:59 PM.

Candidates must possess the qualification prescribed for the particular post and should also satisfy the other technical eligibility conditions mentioned in the official advertisement.
Candidates should also have working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan's culture, wherever prescribed under the applicable service rules.

The selected candidates will receive remuneration and allowances according to the applicable Rajasthan Government service rules.
A probation period and fixed remuneration provisions may apply as prescribed under the Rajasthan Government rules.
Selection for RSSB Junior Engineer Recruitment 2026 will be based on the prescribed recruitment examination and subsequent verification requirements.
The Board may conduct the examination through CBT, TBT or OMR-based offline mode as decided by RSSB.
The written examination is tentatively scheduled for February 2027.
The final examination date, centre information, admit card and detailed examination instructions will be published separately by RSSB.
