UPESSC PRT Assistant Teacher Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 12405 Posts

The application fee is to be paid through the online payment methods available during the application process.

Assistant Teacher – Primary / Urban

• Candidates should possess a Graduation Degree from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification.
• Candidates should also possess an applicable recognized teacher training qualification such as BTC / D.El.Ed. or another qualification accepted under the recruitment rules.
• Eligible candidates may also have qualifications such as Special BTC, 4-Year B.El.Ed., or other recognized equivalent teacher-training qualifications as prescribed.
• Candidates must have qualified the prescribed Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for the applicable primary-level classes.

Assistant Teacher – Attached Primary

• Candidates should possess a Graduation Degree from a recognized university or equivalent institution.
• Candidates should possess the prescribed BTC / D.El.Ed. or equivalent recognized teacher-training qualification.
• Candidates must have qualified the prescribed TET for Classes 01 to 05 conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Government or Government of India, as applicable.

Candidates will be selected through the recruitment procedure prescribed by UPESSC for the Assistant Teacher posts.

2. Complete the required One Time Registration (OTR) process if not already completed.
3. Log in to the candidate portal using the required credentials.

5. Enter personal, educational and other required information carefully.
6. Upload the required photograph, signature and documents in the prescribed format.
7. Pay the applicable application fee through the available online payment facility.
8. Review the complete application form before final submission.
9. Submit the application before 15 October 2026.
10. Save or print the submitted application form and payment receipt for future reference.
